A company is looking for an ICT Project Engineer to manage new orders for business customers across a range of services.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services
Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines
Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and / or Project Management
Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers
Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly
Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources
