Customer Service And Sales Support
Main Function : Provide a high level of customer service and support the sales team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Two years related experience
- Skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills

Primary point of contact for customersSupport the sales team by managing administrative tasks and customer service inquiriesEnhance sales efficiency and elevate customer service qualityIdentify and assess customer needsEnsure efficient resolution of customer issues across various channelsAnswer customer questions about products and servicesHandle customer inquiries, processing orders, updating and allocating backlogCoordinate the logistics of customer ordersMaintain account specific data, routing guides and price listsAssist the primary sales team with managing customer relationshipsProvide updates on order status and shipment schedules to customersInform customers about any delays or changes in their order statusEngage in interdepartmental collaboration to achieve shared objectivesEfficiently handle the issuance and entry of RMAs, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolutionInitiate and process replacement sales orders to address customer needs, maintaining high standards of service and accuracyHeavy email correspondenceAssist in other areas, as assignedCompensation :
The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
