Job description
A company is looking for a Systems Subject Matter Expert to support federal aircraft maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize depot-level MRO processes and systems for improved performance
Diagnose and resolve complex aircraft maintenance challenges while implementing best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance execution with mission priorities
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 4+ years' experience with depot airline maintenance or MRO systems
Minimum 4+ years' industry experience in aircraft maintenance
Demonstrated advanced experience (7-10 years) in MRO and aircraft maintenance
