About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to execute growth and product marketing initiatives that drive pipeline, brand awareness, and customer adoption. This is a junior-to-mid-level role focused on execution, you'll roll up your sleeves to run campaigns, create content, and support the sales team with product marketing assets.
You will report directly to the CRO and work closely with Sales, Design, and Product. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, creative, and eager to grow into a broader marketing role at a high-growth startup.
What you'll do
Growth Marketing
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, , nurture sequences) to generate MQLs and pipeline.
- Support website content updates and SEO-friendly blog cadence.
- Manage HubSpot for campaigns, workflows, and reporting.
- Track campaign performance and share insights to optimize demand generation.
Product Marketing
Develop product one-pagers, case studies, competitive battle cards, and sales decks to support AEs.Help document customer stories and package them into marketing collateral.Support product launches with content and internal enablement.Content & Communications
Write and edit blogs, gated guides, and customer communications.Maintain AppWork's brand voice across marketing channels.Support social media presence ( primarily), with opportunities to expand into short-form video and thought leadership posts. (Optional : may include paid ads management if relevant skillset)Collaboration
Work closely with Sales to align campaigns and content with pipeline goals.Partner with Partnerships on co-marketing initiatives.Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to surface customer stories and advocate use cases.Qualifications
1–3 years of marketing experience (proptech or multifamily a plus).Strong writing and storytelling skills; comfortable drafting blogs, emails, and sales collateral.Strong interest and excitement about adopting AI tools to supercharge our teamsFamiliarity with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation / CRM).Hands-on experience executing campaigns (email, , nurture).Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.Scrappy, self-starter mentality thrives in a lean Series A environment.Nice-to-Have
