Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Case Management Discipline : RN Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Case Management RN Location : Honesdale, PA Shift : 8-hour Day Shifts (7a–3 : 30p / 8a–4 : 30p) Schedule : Every other weekend & holiday Role : Utilization Review / Case Manager RN Responsibilities : Coordinate patient care, conduct utilization reviews, and ensure appropriate care transitions.
