Primary Function : Provides corporate estimating support across all regions, focusing on environmental, geotechnical, and civil construction projects[1].
Key Responsibilities
Manage assistant estimators
Develop cost estimates and preliminary construction schedules
Perform quality take-offs and compile bid proposal data
Review project specs and drawings
Prepare RFPs and quote requests for subcontractors / vendors
Attend project meetings and site visits
Collaborate with internal teams (estimators, PMs, executives)[1]
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, or construction management (preferred)
