Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute) StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 10 D Pay Rate : $2164.80 - $2372.07 Job Summary : - Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. - Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. - Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Skills / Educational Requirements : - Graduate from an approved school of Physical Therapy. - Current Colorado PT License - Ability to treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. - Current BLS certification - Rotating weekends and holidays with other staff members. On call for holidays per rotation schedule.
