Mechanical Superintendent

As a Mechanical Superintendent, you will play a critical role on major hospital, laboratory, industrial, and institutional projects.
Position Requirements :
- Must have experience supervising craft labor in a self-performing environment.
- Past project experience should include mechanical scopes exceeding $5 million.
- Proven ability to monitor production, control costs, and drive schedule performance.
- Strong understanding of management controls, including scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality, and safety.
- Hands-on background as a craftsperson in the mechanical trades is highly preferred; professional licensing is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate for project needs to take advantage of significant advancement opportunities within our expanding market.
