The Royal Caribbean Group's Port Operations Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Analyst, Guest Port Services reporting to our Manager, Port Services Systems & PMO.
Position Overview
This position is responsible for systems analysis and systems user support to the Guest Port Services Department, including the development of PC programs, data downloads and associated queries to assist processing and analysis. There will be numerous special projects arising out of the day-to-day operations of the company for which there are no precedents as to approach, structure, or methodology. Position is also responsible for opportunities to improve performance through operations process reviews and systems analysis as directed by Management.
