Your Opportunity :

Venture Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking an Inserter Operator (3rd Shift) to join our team in Arden Hills, Minnesota . We're looking for someone experienced in running high-speed inserters such as BlueCrest, Kern, and / or Bell and Howell equipment.

Your Responsibilities :

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on inserter equipment to ensure optimum output
• Prepare materials and verify proper setup before running jobs
• Check paper for correct type, size, color, and quantity
• Visually inspect forms throughout each run for accuracy and quality
• Coordinate with the Production Team to meet job priorities and adjust schedules as needed
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines and equipment procedures

Your Shift :

Sunday - Thursday, 10 : 00 p.m. to 6 : 00 a.m.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17-18. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, including the applicant's experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. The range listed is one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package.
