Position & Client Overview :

Our client is one of the largest laboratory companies in the world with clients and reference labs across the country. They are currently in need of a blood bank supervisor for one of their client hospitals in a beautiful new Jersey area. This is a day shift position that comes with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Salary Range : $80,000-115,000

Job Summary :

Responsible for the management and administrative functions for the laboratory. Responsible for policy development and implementation, regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Supervision is exercised over laboratory supervisors, clinical staff and support staff.
