ABOUT US

At Dragados USA and Flatiron, collectively known as DFJV, we bring the expertise and experience necessary to successfully complete the California High-Speed Rail Construction Package 2-3 (CP 2-3) Project. The California High-Speed Rail Authority is responsible for the planning, design, construction, and operation of the first high-speed rail system in the U.S. This project will connect key regions of California, drive economic growth, foster a cleaner environment, create job opportunities for subcontractors and small businesses, and protect agricultural and conserved lands. The 65-mile Construction Package 2-3 spans across Fresno, Tulare, and Kings counties. This position will be based at our Selma, CA office.

COMPENSATION :

  • Hourly rate ranges from $26 to $30 (DOE).

KEY POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and classify all incoming and outgoing documents in the control database, ensuring version control and proper access.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Ensure proper version control and maintain document revision histories.
  • Work closely with managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure timely document updates and approvals.
  • Develop training materials and support training efforts by educating staff members on document control processing and best practices.
  • Track changes, maintain logs, and manage document distribution lists.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, or a related field is preferred.
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :

  • Prior experience in document control, records management, or administrative support within the construction industry is beneficial.
  • Experience in high volume of document processing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS :

  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in construction document management software (e.g., Aconex, Fieldwire, eBuilder, SharePoint).
