We are hiring a Canvass Director to manage our office in Joliet, Illinois The Canvass Director will recruit, train, and manage a team of local canvassers to have quality, in-depth conversations with local residents about committing to support clean energy projects.
Directors will work within their team to build an office to scale from the ground up.
All directors are expected to train staff in the field while leading by example themselves; they must also communicate long and short term goals to staff and manage campaign reporting.
The Canvass Director will work in tandem with a local field organizer and manage canvassing staff and Team Leads and report to the Canvass Director.
