We are a people-powered enterprise; our campaigns are effective because we hire diverse teams of talented people, invest in our staff, and treat them well.   We are hiring a Canvass Director to manage our office in Joliet, Illinois  The Canvass Director will recruit, train, and manage a team of local canvassers to have quality, in-depth conversations with local residents about committing to support clean energy projects.

Directors will work within their team to build an office to scale from the ground up.

All directors are expected to train staff in the field while leading by example themselves; they must also communicate long and short term goals to staff and manage campaign reporting.

The Canvass Director will work in tandem with a local field organizer and manage canvassing staff and Team Leads and report to the Canvass Director.

While the current administration seeks to destroy environmental protections, YOU can make a difference right here in Joliet, Illinois .

We are canvassing to gain support for clean energy projects.

You can be the driving force to fight for clean energy projects that will improve the local economy, give us cleaner air, and protect the interests of the community over the interests of billionaires and big oil.

We are hiring a Canvass Director to begin December 1st.  This position can run through December 19th, with opportunities to extend.

Location :

• Joliet, Illinois . Strong preference for local and in-state candidates.

Canvass Management Responsibilities :
