Key Responsibilities
Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on acquiring new customers in the Western U.S
Set performance expectations and ensure execution of territory plans while fostering a culture of proactive prospecting
Drive pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and collaborate with partners to accelerate sales cycles
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS sales teams in high-growth environments
Proven track record of achieving new logo acquisition targets
Expertise in managing outbound-driven teams with strong prospecting capabilities
Strong understanding of enterprise software buying cycles and sales methodologies
Experience working with channel / partner ecosystems
