Job description

Award-winning critical access hospital located just 30 minutes from Madison, WI is seeking a Internal Medicine physician passionate about patient relationships and quality outcomes to join its dynamic team. Escape the burnout of rigorous RVU requirements and put your patients first in a physician-focused organization.

Practice Details

Step into a thriving mostly outpatient Internal Medicine practice with an established patient base, as you take over from a retiring physician
Call rotation of 1 : 9 inpatient call with APPs co-managing during business hours
Average of 15 clinic patients per day; Avg daily census on inpatient is 4 (call days)
Build your practice your way : Full-time salary and benefits for a 27-31 patient contact hour week and relaxed daily volumes designed to maximize quality and patient satisfaction

Compensation Details

$300K+ total annual compensation +$150K Sign-on bonus + WRVU bonus and eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program
