Packaging Operations Team Lead
Your mission
- Coach, train, and cross-train production crews across lines and machines.
- Build a cooperative, high-morale team environment focused on safety and output.
- Answer crew questions, resolve concerns, and remove roadblocks fast.
- Promote safe, efficient work practices and support machine setup for production runs.
