Responsibilities :
- Conduct Assessments : Perform thorough psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop Treatment Plans : Create personalized treatment plans based on assessments, outlining therapeutic goals and strategies for improving clients' well-being.
- Provide Therapy and Counseling : Offer individual, group, and family counseling to address mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional issues.
- Crisis Intervention : Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises, ensuring safety and stability for clients.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team : Work closely with doctors, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
- Documentation and Record Keeping : Maintainaccurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant documentation.
- Referral and Resources : Refer clients toadditionalservices or resources, such as community support groups, housing, or financialassistance, as needed.
- Education and Advocacy : Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and coping strategies. Advocate for clients within healthcare and community settings.
- Maintain Ethical Standards : Adhere to professional ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring that all services providedare in compliance withrelevant laws and regulations.
- Provide Support to Staff : Offer consultation and support to other healthcare professionals or staff membersregardingpatient care and mental health concerns.
- Continuing Education : Participatein ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health practices.

Master's degree in social work(MSW) from an accredited program.Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience providing therapy and counseling services in a healthcare or mental health setting.Experience working with individuals, families, and groups with diverse mental health needs, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse.Familiarity with treatment planning, case management, and working within a multidisciplinary team.Continuing education and specialized training in relevant therapeutic techniques or clinical approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) is preferred.Physical Demands :
