Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach sales associates while fostering a positive team environment
Manage staffing needs including hiring, training, and performance reviews of Sales Associates
Prepare monthly reports on department activity and handle escalated customer issues
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in insurance sales, including one year in a supervisory role
Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License
Availability for a specified work schedule
Proficiency in standard business application software
