Are you a motivated, fully licensed insurance professional ready to hit the ground running? Our growing agency is looking for an experienced Insurance Producer with a proven sales record to join our dynamic team.

Were seeking a driven, client-focused producer to sell and service Property & Casualty as well as Life, Accident, and Health products. You'll have the opportunity to work with an established book of business, generate new leads, and build long-term relationships with clients who rely on your expertise to protect what matters most.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the agent and team to achieve and exceed agency business goals.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, schedule appointments, conduct insurance reviews, and close sales with confidence.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely follow-up and ongoing support as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service prompt, accurate, and friendly to ensure every client feels valued and supported.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a consistent commitment to excellence each and every day.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty and Life, Accident, and Health licenses are required. We cover the cost of continuing education to help you maintain and expand your licensure.
  • Must live within 35 miles of Rochester, Minnesota
  • Previous insurance sales or customer-facing experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong communication skills written, verbal, and listening are essential.
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow in your career.
  • Coachable and open to feedback, with a desire to continuously improve.
  • Positive, outgoing personality and ready to have fun while working hard!
