Job Title : Sales Representative

Location : Carbondale, IL

Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm

$20-$30 / hr based on experience

Position Summary :

A Carbondale, IL business is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships

Prepare quotes using measurements, blueprints, and site visits

Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

Track and report on sales activity and market trends

Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

Coordinate with production and operations teams to fulfill customer needs

Qualifications :

Associate’s in Business / Marketing preferred

2+ years of sales or customer service experience in remodeling or stone fabrication (sales >

$1M)

Ability to read blueprints and estimate materials / labor

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
