Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with 10 years of experience in business solutioning and architecture specifically in the healthcare payer domain.
• Strong understanding of PDLC & SDLC methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Hybrid Agile, Agile / Scrum).
• Proficient in version control and defect management tools such as Jira.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and with minimal supervision.
