Job descriptionBe the first point of contact via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Respond to inquiries from lenders and renters, providing support and escalating issues when needed. Help with Instagram customer service : gather contact details, start WhatsApp groups, and send welcome messages. Manage Instagram engagement : follow / unfollow accounts to grow our community. ID Verification Assist with data entry, research, and general admin tasks. Product uploads and approval. Support scheduling and other day-to-day activities to keep things running smoothly. Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written English skills with the ability to adapt messaging based on customer needs and scenarios. Multitasking & Time Management : Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and operational tasks simultaneously. Customer-Centric Mindset : Provide a positive, solution-oriented customer experience with professionalism, patience, and empathy. Proactive Problem-Solving : Think on your feet and resolve issues independently. Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail : Keeping track of logistics, customer interactions, and admin tasks accurately. Time Management : Effectively prioritizing tasks and managing workload in a fast-paced environment. Resilience & Adaptability : Staying composed under pressure and adjusting to changing priorities. Digital & Social Media Skills : Comfortable managing customer interactions via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.

- Manage orders : booking, scheduling, and tracking deliveries.
- Oversee our try-on service : liaise with lenders and renters, schedule deliveries, and handle payments.
- Coordinate dry-cleaning logistics and communication.
