Essential duties and responsibilities

We’re hiring a Director of Development to lead market expansion and drive the full development cycle from site identification through entitlements and financial approval. This role requires a rare mix of strategic vision, on-the-ground execution, and financial acumen. You'll be responsible for sourcing and evaluating new sites, managing entitlements, and ensuring deals meet our return thresholds.
