Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Estimator to join a growing mechanical and HVAC construction team, supporting pre-construction, cost estimating, and bid preparation across diverse commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems from design documents and specifications.
• Support pre-construction and bid packaging activities, including scope review, vendor pricing, and proposal preparation.
• Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical data to create accurate takeoffs.
• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to refine budgets and optimize designs for cost efficiency.
• Manage estimating documentation and track historical data to support future bids and cost analysis.
