Job Summary :

Consultant Advisor, EMR Samantha Ramirez is recruiting this position.

One of our Northeast coast clients is seeking an Epic PB Analyst for a Meditech-to-Epic Conversion project. The client is implementing Epic and consolidating multiple legacy systems-including Meditech-onto a single enterprise Epic platform, with a major go-live planned for Q1 2027.

Job Notes :

Start Date : TBD (mid-January)
Travel : This will be 50%-100% remote position - May need to travel onsite every 2-months when Epic is onsite or for major milestone events
Contract Duration : 12+ months w / option to extend

Minimum Job Requirements :

Must be Epic Certified in the application(s) they will be implementing (non-negotiable)

Must have successfully completed at least one Epic full life cycle end to end as a "Deployment or Implementation Analyst", preferably where the client went from MEDITECH to Epic (resume' should reflect this requirement)

Must have 3+ years of Epic implementation experience

Must have strong design and build experience

Must have very strong communication skills
