Duration : 6 months with likely extensions.

Location : Must be local candidates or willing to relocate to Houston for the duration of the project plus any extensions. Onsite for 3 days, remote for 2 days each week.

Technical & Industry Experience Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in BI development with a strong focus on Power BI.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or working with finance-related KPIs.
• Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and building complex data models.
• Proficiency in SQL and integrating cloud data sources (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
• Experience in creating dashboards tailored to C-level audiences with strong UX / visualization design principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate them into executive-level insights.

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain executive-level financial dashboards for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR). The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to create compelling, interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights on key business performance metrics such as Net Revenue, EBITDA, Cash Flow, SG&A, Production Efficiency, and Distribution / Transportation Costs.

This is a high-visibility role that directly supports C-Suite executives, requiring a keen understanding of financial KPIs, corporate reporting, data storytelling, and data governance.
