Ground Systems Engineer – Antenna Integration

• EOI Space is developing and deploying a network of satellites in Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO) to provide ultra-high-resolution Earth imagery.  We aim to deliver timely and actionable data for commercial and defense applications.  We are on our way to achieving many industry firsts.

This demands an ambitious team that thrives on challenges, takes ownership, and collaborates deeply.  EOI Space is looking for a Ground Systems Engineer to help develop and scale our ground system as we prepare for satellite operations.  What you will do :

Ensure ground systems readiness, including software integration and backhaul support at each site  Communicate technical status, risks, and issues clearly across engineering and management teams  Support on-orbit operations, including space-to-ground test activities, anomaly resolution, and process improvement  Guide and coordinate vendors and integrators to the successful completion of ground antenna RF system build / maintenance allowing for stable satellite operations  Ensures all technical requirements, parameters and compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces  Required Qualifications :

Command and Control, Antenna network, Image data backhaul and distribution, Satellite planning and scheduling)  RF and network integration & test   Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Individual pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations :
