Underwriting Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Underwriting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the automation quality audit process for all automation-supported business transactions across Commercial Lines products

Manage the monthly intake process from regional underwriting leaders and ensure business needs are met

Recruit, coach, and develop a team of direct reports while enforcing compliance with operational policies and standards

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in underwriting quality assurance

Bachelor's Degree or a combination of experience and education

Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies

Experience with SQL, PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel is a plus
