Breakdown :

W2 (Taxable) : $42.10 / Hr

Per-Diem(Non-Taxable) : $1,246.00 / Weekly

Requirements : WA State License

Minimum 2 years of experience is required

BLS(AHA), ARRT(CT), AART(R).
