ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take incoming customer calls and provide answers to customer's questions and concerns.
- Offer support and assistance to dissatisfied customers by researching and providing solutions.
- Guide callers through navigating Dillards.com and the product and services we provide.
- Collaborate with other department to address customers needs.
- Record details of customer interaction and accurately log all information.
