About the Role
As an Embedded Software Engineer, located at our Santa Fe, Texas facility , you will play a key role in the design, development, and validation of firmware across both New Product Development (NPD) and sustaining programs. You will own firmware execution end-to-end, contributing directly to products that protect lives in critical industrial environments.
You’ll collaborate closely with hardware engineers, product owners, and cross-functional partners, while working in an environment that values engineering rigor, clear documentation, and continuous improvement.
