The Medical-Surgical unit requires a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients. The nurse will work in a fast-paced environment, managing an average patient ratio of 1 : 6-7. Nurses will collaborate with a charge nurse and clinical assistants, taking full patient assignments while ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
