ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2008 after spending 21 years as a Sales Manager for one of the most profitable newspapers in the country. A close friend who was a State Farm agent introduced me to the opportunity, and it turned out to be the perfect next chaptercombining leadership, coaching, and long-term relationship building. Today, our team includes five knowledgeable professionals, and weve built an easygoing, supportive environment where people genuinely enjoy working together.

Im a proud parent of twinsone attending college in Alabama and the other at LSUand family continues to shape how I lead and support my team. Giving back is a big part of who we are. We stay involved with food banks, Bikes for School programs, playground sponsorships, church initiatives, and Im also the founder of a local fishing tournament that brings the community together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bryan Schexnayder - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
