Bilingual Safety Manager (Data Center)

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Construction Safety Manager to oversee safety performance and compliance on a large-scale data center project. This role requires a proven safety professional with strong leadership, hazard recognition, and risk mitigation skills to drive a proactive safety culture.

Schedule : Thursday - Monday (10 to 12-hour days)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead safety professional on-site, ensuring compliance with all project, client, and regulatory safety requirements.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce project-specific safety plans and procedures.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety orientations, and training sessions for site personnel.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and incident logs.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve safety concerns and ensure best practices.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide mentorship and direction to field safety staff and subcontractor safety representatives.
