Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Physician to join a dedicated healthcare team.
- Provide osteopathic manipulation and primary care services for both acute and chronic conditions, including care for infants, children, and adults.
- Lead within the care team, support patient self-management, and coordinate care to improve health outcomes.
- Document all care in electronic records, maintain licensure, and pursue ongoing professional development.
- Must hold a valid medical license, DEA & Furnishing License, and osteopathic training or degree.
- Schedule includes Thursday PM and Friday shifts, with potential for full-time hours later.
