• Booked out 3-4 weeks
• One location
• 300 Bed hospital
• Easy access to OR's for Gyn cases
• 2 large MFM groups to help with high risk cases
• Shared call during the week with group and expect every forth weekend (1 : 4)
• Group has midwife who does 50% of the deliveries
