Join our team for an exciting opportunity to contribute to leading finance projects within the Life Sciences sector. As an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in driving successful implementations and ensuring the stability of financial systems.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business and IT teams for GAP analysis and business requirements gathering to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuously refine processes to ensure operational stability while adhering to SDLC and change management protocols.
- Work closely with global IT Finance and Supply Chain teams to support and deliver key projects.
- Conduct technical tasks, including system configuration, data extraction / load, and report development.
- Act as a business partner in IT Finance to facilitate successful implementation of financial projects.
- Support estimation and sizing efforts for potential initiatives.
- Educate and train local finance users on IT Finance applications.
Experience Requirements :
6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance applications and IT / industry experience.Techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 finance modules such as Accounts Payables, Purchasing, and General Ledger.Strong understanding of Oracle PL / SQL and integration via APIs & XML templates.Familiarity with Oracle supply chain and process manufacturing modules is preferable.In-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes.Ability to identify business requirements and provide timely solutions.Competence in analyzing business processes and designing effective solutions.Commitment to customer care and system reliability, including after-hours support if needed.Creative problem-solving skills with analytical capabilities.Experience with Data Analytics tools like Tableau is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently or collaborate in a team-oriented environment.Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle is a plus.Preferred experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical companies and familiarity with SOX environments.Education :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.Note : Compensation factors will be considered for the pay rate. Pay range reflects a W2 hourly rate. W2 employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits.
