Job descriptionLead and manage full project lifecycle from initiation through completion. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and task assignments. Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, business operations, and technical teams. Track and control project deliverables using project management tools and methodologies. Establish and maintain communication / escalation paths for visibility and timely issue resolution. Manage project risks, resources, timelines, and budgets. Ensure accurate project documentation and adherence to established processes. Build project teams based on project type and define clear business requirements and success criteria. Provide project management best-practice recommendations where appropriate. Facilitate lessons-learned reviews and ensure continuous improvement. Minimum 7+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional IT and business teams. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics preferred. Demonstrated ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficient with project management tools / software for scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Exceptional project planning, risk management, and resource allocation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in varying phases of completion. Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
