Receptionist-Part Time

POSITION SUMMARY :
In this role, the Part-Time Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, donors, and guests. They will greet visitors as they come in, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person. The Part-Time Receptionist will be responsible for answering, screening, and forwarding multi-line phone calls throughout the agency. This position requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as a warm, welcoming and professional demeanor. The importance of this role cannot be overstated, as it supports daily administrative operations, assists staff, and helps ensure smooth communication throughout the Agency. The standard schedule requirements are below, although there may be other occasional shifts requested as needed for coverage while the other Part-Time Receptionist is out of the office.

$18.00-$19.00 per hour (non-exempt)
