Job Description :  They are seeking a motivated and skilled Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance defense litigation and be adept at handling a variety of complex legal issues. This role involves managing cases from inception to resolution, including conducting depositions, drafting motions, and representing clients in court.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including commercial litigation, property damage, and professional liability claims.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
• Develop and implement case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
• Negotiate settlements and work with experts to prepare cases for trial.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
