Call Center Lead Requirements

As the Call Center Lead, you will support and lead a state-wide customer service and contact center which will assist with enrollment and eligibility for state-related health care programs. Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of health care, managed care, Missouri Medicaid, eligibility and low-income populations. Qualifications for this position include :

  • Experience in a direct call center leadership position with demonstrated skills in coaching and staff development required.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience within a call center required.
  • Strong PC proficiency (i.e., Microsoft Excel) required.
  • Associate degree preferred and / or equivalent job-related experience / training.
  • Bilingual language skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
