Epic Analyst- With Lumens Implementation

Client location : Remote with some occasional travel when needed.

Epic Lumens Implementation

Our client is a leading regional hospital system and recently announced plans to implement Epic Lumens across the organization. This project requires a Project Lead Analyst to assist in the planning and implementation of Lumens, with the hope this resource will stay on as a full-time employee to then maintain the application. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Epic EHR system, with specific expertise in the Lumens module for managing endoscopy and gastroenterology workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong provider-facing experience (physicians, nurses, etc.) as this is a provider-heavy application. Strong experience configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing the Lumens system is required, as is experience training users and ensuring data accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Epic Radiant Certified and ideally have their Lumens Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing Epic Lumens, focusing on endoscopy and gastroenterology workflows.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize the Lumens system.
• Train users and ensure data accuracy across provider-facing workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support successful deployment and transition to maintenance if extended into a full-time role.
