What You’ll Do As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in growing Prep Network’s digital subscriber base and driving measurable revenue through smart, strategic marketing.
You’ll own the lifecycle—from acquisition to retention—across all digital channels, using data to optimize every touchpoint and increase customer lifetime value.

You’ll lead cross-functional efforts between marketing, tech, content, and audience & experience teams, ensuring every campaign not only converts but also amplifies our brand voice across sports.
From paid campaigns and SEO to email flows and digital launches, you’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

Core Responsibilities Lead and inspire the Digital Marketing team—including full-time staff, part-timers, and agencies—by setting clear expectations, developing talent, and fostering accountability across social, content, and campaign functions.
Track, analyze, and optimize digital marketing performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital, and audience & experience teams to deliver impactful social media campaigns and compelling email marketing.
Own growth and audience development for new media initiatives (Ex, Prep Scores) Own the strategy, systems, and budget for Digital marketing (paid, SEO / SEM, email, etc) Must-Haves in a Candidate Digital Marketing Expertise – Minimum of 4 years in a marketing manager role with broad experience across lifecycle marketing, social, SEO / SEM, and digital campaign strategy.
Subscription or digital product background strongly preferred.
Leadership & Collaboration – Proven success leading cross-functional teams and aligning with departments such as Content, Tech, and Audience & Experience to execute fast and at a high level.
Data-Driven Mindset – Strong analytical skills with a focus on using campaign data to iterate and improve.
Committed to driving measurable ROI across all efforts.
Customer Empathy & Brand Insight – Deep understanding of Prep Network’s key audiences—athletes, parents, and coaches—and how to craft messaging that resonates across segments.
Channel & Segmentation Strategy – Ability to leverage each channel (email, SEO, paid, social, content) effectively to drive acquisition and retention.
Creative Communicator – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to shape high-impact messaging across platforms.

Nice-to-Haves in a Candidate CAC Benchmarking Experience – Familiar with establishing or improving customer acquisition cost (CAC) benchmarks by brand and channel, helping guide smarter investment decisions.
AI Search Awareness – Understands the shifting digital landscape from traditional SEO to AI-driven search tools and how that evolution impacts marketing strategy.
Sports Industry Insight – Brings experience or strong familiarity with youth athletics or sports media, enhancing relevance and brand alignment.
Tool Proficiency – Knowledgeable in platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Asana, and Braze (Or a similar customer engagement platform) with the ability to execute and analyze campaigns efficiently.
Subscription Marketing Experience – Experience managing performance-based marketing efforts for digital or subscription-based products.
Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Work Eligibility Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
