Part-time, early morning shift - done before most people start their day!

Job Description : SUMMARY
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for safely, efficiently and accurately receiving, recording, sorting, storing, and stacking inbound freight and preparing outbound freight. This is an active position - workers must be able to stand on their feet, bend, stoop, climb, reach, push, pull, lift and carry 50 pounds while moving about the warehouse for the majority of their shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely and efficiently receive freight and maintain accurate recordsAccurately sort freight to appropriate destination in a time sensitive situationStore freight as required by clientsPrepare freight for shipmentMaintain warehouse in a clean and orderly mannerEstablish and maintain courteous business relationships with drivers, customers, clients and co-workersMaintain a neat, clean, well-groomed, professional appearance including proper uniformMaintain excellent work habits including attendance, punctuality and safetyAdhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelinesPerform other duties as requiredQUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalentAble to stand and walk on feet on cement floor for up to eight (8) hours per dayAble to bend, stoop, climb, reach, push, pull, lift and carry 50 pounds routinely and occasionally up to 70 poundsAble to climb and descend stairs and laddersAble to count to 200, add, subtract, multiply and divideMust be at least 18 years oldIf hired, must be able to : pass a drug test prior to first day of work, pass a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle record prior to first day of work, prove eligibility to work in the United States, pass a TSA Security Threat AssessmentWPX is a drug free workplace, and all employees are subject to random drug tests throughout their employment.
