This full-time, permanent position offers safe staffing ratios, supportive leadership, and a culture focused on professional growth and work-life balance. Highlights Safe patient ratios : Med Surg : 4 : 1 (Days) / 5 : 1 (Nights) Critical Care : 2 : 1 (ICU) / 3 : 1 (Progressive Care) Orthopedic : 4 : 1 (Days) / 5 : 1 (Nights) No mandatory floating or cross-training (optional if desired) 12-week structured onboarding program with a dedicated preceptor and mentor Pathway to Excellence® designated hospital — one of the few in Nebraska Self-scheduling system and holiday rotation (2 per year, double-time pay) Day and Night shifts available with differentials Patient Types Med Surg : CHF, COPD, pneumonia, wounds, detox / withdrawal Surgical : Joint replacements, pacemakers, TURP, general surgical cases Critical Care : Cardiac, respiratory, DKA, ARDS, A-fib Requirements Active RN license (Nebraska or Compact) New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply!
