Direct Counsel is seeking a eDiscovery Associate to join a highly regarded firm.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of eDiscovery Litigation experience, including preservation strategies, briefing, arguing motions, meet and confers, working with experts and counseling clients. The ability to explain technology and legal concepts to non-technical lawyers is also important. Relevant industry affiliations or labor and employment experience are a plus. Must be licensed to practice law in California .

Key Qualifications :

• 3-5 years eDiscovery Litigation experience
• Active California Bar License
• Labor and Employment Experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits :

The anticipated salary range for this position is $240,000- $280,000 annually. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package , including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid parental leave, disability insurance, mental health resources, and more.

This is a hybrid role based in Walnut Creek, CA.
