We are looking for an LVN to take care of our patients in the Santa Rosa

Home Health

Licensed Vocational Nurse Responsibilities :

Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures.

Implements the nursing care plan for each patient.

Prepares clinical notes and charting in a timely manner.

Provides nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic and preventive procedures as assigned.

Observe signs and symptoms and report reactions to treatments to RN.

Teachers and counsels the patient and family / significant others regarding the nursing care needs.

Prepares equipment and materials for treatments.

Licensed Vocational Nurse Qualifications :

Current California LVN License

Current CPR / BLS Certification

Valid Driver's License

2 Years : LVN experience (proffered)

1 Year : Home Health LVN experience (preferred)
