Casino Surveillance Supervisor
Oversees surveillance operations and coordinates activities related to the surveillance of gaming tables, slot machines, and cashiers' cages and casino cashier windows including the audio-visual taping of soft count room operations.
Supervises, trains and monitors the performance of direct reports.
Reviews all daily activity reports and prepares shift reports for management.
In accordance with NJAC 19 : 45-1.11, individuals employed in this position will sign an acknowledgement form at the time of hire which will be maintained in their personnel file.
Ensures staff is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Ensures staff upholds the family style service model at all times.
May perform other duties as assigned.
College degree in criminal justice or law enforcement preferred; high school diploma required.
Minimum of three years progressive supervisory experience in casino surveillance systems operations or law enforcement required.
Must have computer experience.
Must have keen observation and reporting skills.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to gaming operations, as well as company and internal controls, policies and procedures.
