Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Functional Medicine Physician (MD / DO) with at least 3 years of experience for a permanent opportunity in Durham, North Carolina. This position offers the chance to provide patient-centered, holistic care in a collaborative healthcare environment with a flexible, 4-day work week. Permanent MD / DO – Functional Medicine Physician

Location : Durham, North Carolina

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate and manage patients using Functional Medicine principles

Develop personalized treatment plans addressing lifestyle, nutrition, and integrative therapies

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, patient-focused care

Educate patients on preventive strategies and wellness optimization

Qualifications :

Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience

Active North Carolina medical license or ability to obtain

Training or experience in Functional Medicine preferred

Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits :

~ Annual salary range : $175,000–$250,000
