About The Position

• Traveler-friendly facility at a large academic center specializing in advanced cardiovascular care.
• Echo imaging for heart transplant, TAVR, LVAD, Impella, balloon pumps, etc.
• Daily mix of inpatient / outpatient, bedside echo, Stress Echo, TEE, or OR
• Requires strong skills in complex echo pathology (HOCM, valvular defects, shunt evaluation)
• Use of contrast agents (Lumify, Definity) with sonographer-driven protocols
• Must be proficient in saline contrast and assessment of regional wall motion abnormalities
